The Salary Allocation Unit staff evaluates and processes required official documents that verify training (transcripts) and experience (employment verification letters) to determine placement and advancement on the Teacher Preparation, Early Education and Development Center Salary Tables. Placement and advancement guidelines are incorporated in the District Collective Bargaining Agreement, Education Code and applicable state laws. We also verify eligibility for career increments and promotional opportunities and address appeals related to salary placement.

Salary Credit Assistant Lookup by Teacher's Last Name

The estimated salary calculator is being updated to reflect the July 2025 contract rates and is currently unavailable. Once updated, it will provide estimated annual salaries based on the answers given. 

The Estimated Salary Calculator is to be used for K-12 teachers and secondary counselors. Please refer to the 2025-2026 Salary Tables which lists the current rates.

Teachers with provisional contracts will receive a minimum salary of $60,125 (Pay Scale Group 20, Pay Scale Level 1) and a maximum salary of $60,649 (Pay Scale Group 22, Pay Scale Level 2).  Please refer to the L-Table for additional details regarding the rating-in limit for employees with a provisional contract.
